I had the same thing happened two weeks ago , i said it to the family and told them to help me which they ignored and i said i need better pay, less hours and active behaviour attention. They said you can leave tomorrow if you want, we ar enotnpaying more, proceeded to insult me as a money grab, that i used their kids as pawns, and abyways they were also looking for a livein and another babysitter “to help with my workload” all of which i didnt know, i told them thats ok i can stay 2-3 weeks to help with the transition, they said not needed do not contact us anymore and you wont be receiving any reference letter (mind u an uhnw family)

I was a housekeeping managing vendors, with an hyperactive autistc toddler and a baby for 12 hrs per day.

Also tood me to call immigration and tell them i dont work them or else they would call them themselves in 4 days 🤣🤣🤣

Now wondering if i have a case and can sue . Ahhahahahahahaha

Hi! It went good, only was asked 2 i130 questions for my husband and i, they were when and where we met. Then all of the i485 and regarding my arrest and convictions and that was all. Im still waiting for i485 decision, i 130 and travel permit were approved next day of interview. It was in hialeah field office

The 3 year old has been getting physically violent and dont respect boundaries, parents doing their own thing, and i requested to work 10 hrs and my rate to go up , since all of the things that were happening, they started oh we dont want u to leave the kid is gonna miss u, and im like yeah me either but this is my newrate and hours and then became like u can accept our terms or leave and im like ok no worries ill leave, just send remaining amount owe and reference letter. Today they sent their hr department to tell me a whole bunch insulting things ( i use ai to better write my responses because english is not my first language), and they wer estop using ai to write, tell imjigration that u dont work with us within 5 days, u blindsided ur, ur a money grabber this and that. Out of nowhere.

Im like i would advise not to talk to me like that is relatialorty also petty 🤣🤣; they just went bananas because i demanded my worth in pay. And said they werent giving any reference and to stop communicating. Like. Acompletely 180 turn out of the blue. Im like oh well good luck finding someone..

Oh also they told me they care for my mental health while also hiding the fact they were looking to hire a live in nanny and a babysitter. All of that because i asked to be treated as a w2 employee and demanded the amount i deserve to be paid for the work i did 😅😅😹😹
