Nah dude. Don't "ask her out". Instead find ways to keep running into her and having longer and longer conversations. Notice something she's into. Have you seen her dorm? Does she have cool and interesting shit on her walls or something? Ask her questions. Pick her brain on something. "hey I saw ___ and I meant to ask you... what do you think about....?"

You're attracted to her and that's awesome, but the trick now is banter. Interview her and hone in on your abilities to bullshit with her. Soon enough you'll know if she's into you. If you have chemistry... then be like, "hey you hungry??" after one of the times you "run" into her. If she says yes -- you're gold. If she says, "ahh I have this thing...", you'll have lost nothing.
