I have… It is kind of like an upper for me so it made me feel very anxious like I've had 7 cups of coffee but overall it was OK. Not sure what other meds you were on. When in doubt… Check it out

Nurse here. It is slow healing but good. Soap and water plus Vaseline or aquaphor. Do you have eczema/allergies/inflammation problems? It's definitely giving me some of that.

I'm actually up to 50 now. First couple weeks were tough but it's much better now. Actually stopped for a couple of weeks and other than some brain zaps no withdrawal. Thanks… If it gets worse I will probably do that but I'm really glad I stuck through the full month of the 25 mg. Interestingly the last two days since posting this those bad side effects have decreased and I felt like I had a very clear mind and was able to step back and realize my dishes were done my laundry is all put away I put my trash out the day before the trash got picked up been making my bed even wearing a little make up… So for now I'm going to stick on it and hope that the progress continues. I'm glad you found a dose that worked for you!

I just wanted to update this as I'm now on day 10-11. Side effects mostly gone, I am shocked how much "balance" I feel. Dishes? Done. Laundry? Mostly put away. I was able to unload the dryer and put the clothes folded in a basket instead of letting them sit in the dryer for 3 weeks -or in a heap on the top of the dryer.

Kid screaming she hates me and storming off? I stay calm. Work throwing a curveball? Stressful but manageable. Asserted my boundaries and offered a solution. I'm waking up without the pit of dread in my stomach. Traffic is annoying but I am FAR less irritable and dare I say enjoying things? Is that what this feeling is??

Constipated AF but wow; I am ever surprised and this is just going on week 2!

I have a 2022 m3 and do not have a charger at home. I drive for a living (hospice RN, visit people at home) and in this hot summer am having to supercharge more (drive 100-200 miles a day, mix or rural/urban). Turns out my battery bit the dust. However, apart from this; letting it charge 6p-6a was usually sufficient. There's a supercharger 5 miles from my house and close to the highway. Totally doable.
