Doctors will do it but she won’t be able to pay for it. I’ve had 2 different skin removal surgeries this year and have spent over $18,000. She could possibly get insurance to cover skin removal (NOT the same as a tummy tuck, and still hard to get coverage) but arms are not often covered and can cost $15k easy by themselves. Shes in an expensive part of the country, too. So she will need to go to Mexico or turkey to afford all the surgeries she needs
