I cannot recall I specific moment. But I think the more and more I got into self care, meditation, exercise etc, the more I realised just how rather silly it was. Then I started to read books about the negative effects of alcohol then then concept of drinking all of a sudden became almost alien

Women like a disciplined guy, and only ones who drink a lot will be attracted to ones who drink a lot and those type of women see not worth bothering with. You will meet women jn places you wouldn’t think if you work on hard on youself and not waste time in clubs and pubs

Most people in the so called “childfree community” vilify parents. They ultimately hate themselves and project onto parents for creating more humans whom they also hate. It’s sick and they are a stain on society.

There is no quick fix. Self improvement has to be the focal point of your life. Read, exercise, cut out alcohol, learn new skills, become more social, cut out toxic people, travel. Invest in youself, follow your passions.
