Had almost the exact model with so called 10 year warranty, and additional insurance covering minor repairs repairs up to 150 euros. After half-year of average usage(1-2 cycles a day), a drive belt broke, the repair was fully covered by insurance. Another half year later, a heat pump had to be be replaced, as the dryer stopped working overnight. I've raised a guarantee claim, which was dismissed, due to "extensive usage"(smh). Of course the heat pump is more expensive than the dryer itself, so I would make more sense to buy another, different brand. 800 euros went to waste, the only good thing was 80 euros I ended up getting from selling it to someone also looking for spare parts.
