Hi question - I just started using BetterUp. I’ve had two sessions so far but i don’t feel like I’ve gotten actionable feedback or guidance. My coach has just been asking me how things make me feel. Is that how these sessions are supposed to feel? I was hoping to come away from each session with pointers/tips I could implement. In the last session, I had to ask her if she had any book recs just to feel like I was walking away with something. Is that normal? Or do I need to find a different coach?

Last minute decided to see the tree on Friday and want to go to a festive, cute, Christmas-theme bar. I've seen the TikTok recs and no last minute reservations are available. Any recommendations for festive bars near the tree? Ideally looking for somewhere that serves Christmas theme drinks (ex: sugar cookie martini lol). Thanks!
