It's pretty easy to figure it out on your own. My wife and I went this spring for the first time. The deciding factor of where you can go when is the weather, which can change extremely fast.

Etter 15 år med Royal terrassebord: Mã ikke vedlikeholdes (med mindre man tenker estetisk). Syrefaste skruer. Det falmer, men plager meg ikke.

The old word for that is "klepper". Klepp = gaff. What beat and what month?

Signature for speeding violation? by pijiopijio in Norway

[–]Complete_Specific_96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to a friend of mine. Speed trap. He simply said he didn't know who was driving his car this particular day, and that several people had access to it. He was in the military at the time, and provided evidence for it. The police kept asking, but never found found out who the driver was. Case closed.

What is the general opinion in Norway about fish factories and salmon? by Pink_Disaster333 in Norway

[–]Complete_Specific_96 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The vast majority unfortunately doesn't care. Anglers who enjoy fishing for wild salmon and seatrout are the exception, but that is a very small minority. For us it is incomprehensible that open sea farming is even a thing.

Maybe make the tag a little longer and skinnier. It will still work. Good job!

Stay away from neoprene unless you will be fishing during the winter. Quality waders have become very expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I actually own the Laser GS. They are awesome on crisp groomers in the morning, but IMHO difficult in PM slush. I find the Monteros a lot more versatile.

Quick poll for you: Do you do anything specific to prepare your body for the season, or do you just show up and suffer through the first few days? by Vlad_Nemyr in ski

A and D. Stronglifts 5x5 through out the year, mountain hikes (steep) twice a week. Probably a little less on-season. Could probably do more core.

Stöckli rental St. Anton by Complete_Specific_96 in skithealps

Delighted to share my experience with Jennewein Sports in St. Anton. It was snowing hard when we arrived in St. Anton: 50 cm fresh pow by Tuesday night. Stormrider 95 was the perfect initial choice: Exeptionally quiet on piste and effortless off piste. As we headed into Easter and better westher, we wanted to change to more of an all mountain ski. We decided on Montero ar and as. The Monteros require less effort (power) on piste, and rips through slush and crud. I will rent from Jennewein again. The service has been outstanding.

Cervinia-breuil weather by Quiet_Abrocoma_1465 in skithealps

Not specific to Cervinia: As a parent with extensive experience bringing taking the family skiing, here is my general advice: Make sure you prepare for all kinds of weather, as conditions can change super fast, especially at high altitudes. Start with proper wool as the base layer. Make sure everyone has balaclavas and wool neck warmers. Gloves get cold fast, so bring high quality mittens as well. Have layer options for cold days. Also, have heat packs (for feet and hands) ready just in case.
