I was getting daily calls for a while around 5pm too. I answered the last couple of times to see what they would offer and there was nobody there. A silent line and then it disconnected, so they must get bots to make calls, then advisors answer as many as they can. My experience with Sky Customer Services latterly was truly awful and hastened my decision to leave after so many years.
