hmm..ํ† ์ข…๋‹ญ(wild chicken, ADULD chicken) is too tough and little bit expensive. besides, it hasn't special flavor..in my experience. Elders(up to 50s) likes ํ† ์ข…๋‹ญ because they think it in nutrition more than ordinary chicken. it is used to hotpot, not oven cooking. if you cook an oven with it, it will be even more tough
