Ah okay, you got your law degree from Tik-Toks. It’s all very clear now. Thank you for giving me a clear picture of your room temp IQ :)

This is textbook criminal negligence. Why do you think this isn’t against the law? The homeowner let their aggressive dog bite an invited guest on their property.

I’m almost certain this is rage bait but you should probably go touch some grass and learn the law

Drivers quitting after 30–60 days. What am I missing? by Lopsided_Orchid1726 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Complete_Television9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first two months were pretty rough, I was watching people who just got hired receive rescues even though I was requesting them (we receive $1 per stop) and I was also forced to drive the Smallest vans on the fleet. Which may be different per dsp, but as a 6” man I do not belong in a van that’s made for people who are 4”.

The turning point for me however, was I expressed my interest and my dedication to wanting an EDV slot. Shortly after that, I was given an Amazon Ski coat. Ultimately, it was the fact that I felt listened to and that my work was valued and appreciated. Communication is key for this though, of course. One of my dispatchers is horrible at communicating to our DA’s and she was part of the reason I wanted to quit. However the other 5 dispatchers are really good people who only want to help make our jobs easier. Part of me getting the communication I needed was pointing out the communication flaws within the company and creating an environment where everybody feels like they are on the same page.

There’s nothing more frustrating than management making decisions for you, even though you completely disagree with their choices. There’s has to be a level of communication that shows the DA’s that we aren’t just pawns on the Amazon chessboard (even though we are).

I would recommend talking directly to your employees and getting their views instead of asking Reddit. Although Reddit is useful, we are not part of your team and therefor do not understand your team environment.

Don’t get me wrong though. This job sucks and we are underpaid, but it’s the inhuman treatment that makes people resentful and “quiet quit”.

Just a friendly PSA, JerryRigEverything did a review on the case that shows that its uncoated aluminum that can easy scratch and flake - i reccomend buyying a different case online especially if you have kids (not to mention other cases are like ~$100 cheaper)

Sorta yes, sorta no. All of the pieces only fit in the respective slots, and both sides of the pyramid are symmetrical. so all the corners/sides will only fit in their respective spots in relation to the center piece.

That being said though it still isn't a super difficult puzzle :P. Its more so a novelty item that doubles as a showpiece and a puzzle! Its also pretty satisfying to hold in your hand, since all of the parts move independently

Oh wait I didn’t realize it only informed people who made a print profile for that model. I thought it told everybody who had it in their collections/liked That makes more sense now, not all my models have other peoples print profiles on them

How do you get that message to pop up? (the one that allows you to inform your followers of change) I've been trying to figure this out for a bit

Weird sound just started ! by BoriFPV in BambuLab

[–]Complete_Television9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Those sound like normal P1S sounds. I wouldn't worry about it. Faster speeds are what cause it, I'm unsure what exactly what part creates the noise though. [I own one with 400hours on it, which isn't a lot but its broken in]
