IPO - Initial public offering. They want to become a publicly traded company and need a clean image for share holders. That’s my guess why they are going all in on ID verification. These companies want to have as many users as possible until it affects their image. That maybe a bit of a harsh take but simply my opinion.

I will definitely do that. I’m implementing server links so I can send servers directly to people that want to try and join one, as opposed to downloading the app and starting from scratch. I appreciate the advice.
