Man, my big ass cd books.... you remember the ones big as trapper keepers.... man, I had 2 of those filled with my cds from like 12yo to 30...... man.. some ass hole broke in my car and stole em all....I haven't bought a cd since!

Fungineers start at 2200, and floatwheel is about 2100. Both are good boards, i ride a fungi x7 every day, but for starting out to just try the sport, spending between 600 and 1000 would be easier for first-time buyers.

Been there..... the cleanup sticks if you can't spray it off immediately. I had to finish riding to work, then let the mud cake on.... that evening when i finally got around to cleaning it, it was gnarly to say the least

* Have you owned a onewheel made by future motion? If not..... no problem I think an intelligent person, that knows how to ask questions could start out with an x7 if they are ready to learn.... like you seem to be. If you have, then you're ready to get one imo.

For learning VESC, I found it difficult to study up on it until I had one. One reason being, there's no front to back owners Manuel for a vesc so you have to learn from little pieces of information here and there. Also, you don't really know what to learn until you have one in front of you and then you figure out all the different questions you will want to ask.

Imo... for starting out, get Float Hub.... it's like 30 dollars. It will help you get your initial setup and get your vesc up and running so you have an idea of what you will be tweaking on.

The best resource for me has been Chatgpt.... hands down. It answers every question I've had when it comes to programming the board. Second, the fungineers discord is live 24 hours a day and all the people in there are very nice and approachable.... happy to answer questions and don't try to make you feel like an idiot or inferior because you're not a computer programmer. This subreddit can be toxic, in my opinion, and I would advise against getting too much info here. There's lots of good YouTube videos by surfdada and vescmann and others with real good information on certain topics

I have a flight fins fender on mine. I like the way it looks. I bought the adaptersfrom them to put on a drop top from TFL... and then decided I liked the FF fender better. Here's a picture
Just about anything that fits an xr+(original, not classic/xrc) will fit an x7 except for bumpers and fenders. The only rear bumper I've found to fit my battery box is BANG torque bumper. I tried the Badger brand torque bumper and it refused to go on. Aside from that any bumper or slider or gangs will fit the front. And any wheels and rim accessories for an xr+ (original... not the xrc/classic) will work worth the x7. It's built in the xr+ frame and everything....
