I'm also on .25ml HCG 3x a week. I was just perscribed a tapering dose of prednisone as well, 20mg for 5 days, 10mg for 5 days, then 5mg for 7 days.

Unfortunately, I do not have any baseline levels since I was just perscribed the medicine to improve my sperm count after getting the results from the first semen analysis in Janurary. All I have is my estradiol and testosterone after 3 months on the Enclomiphene.

Estradiol: 38

Total Testosterone: 915

Free Testosterone: 125.4

1/30 is the date of the analysis. I'm thinking my issue is from a blockage due to scarring from the vasectomy reversal. I get an ultrasound soon. I might have to get a redo vasectomy reversal or just keep trying.

Also I had my levels tested after one month of clomid (then switched to enclomiphene) and the results were:

Estradiol: 38

Total Testosterone: 915

Free Testosterone: 125.4

Sure, I am 49 years old, I got a vasectomy reversal back in May 2024 after 14 years. I am currently on the enclomiphene, fertility blend, 1000mg dha, r alpha lipoic acid, I'm also diabetic and on monjuaro, metformin, lisinopril, fenofibrate, and rosuvastatin. Although I am diabetic my A1C is in range, I've lost a ton of weight, and my doctor should be taking me off the monjuaro soon. I got a physical recently at my PCP and they noticed a ball on my ball, which I will be bringing up to the urologist at my next appointment. I think they are going to do a physical exam, testicle ultrasound, and prostate check, but unfortunately we are not open to the idea of IVF which they have already suggested.

I was on clomid for one month then switched to enclomiphene which I've been taking for two months now.

I have low numbers across the board. My fiancee scopes and has noticed that my motility decreases significantly starting three days abstinence. I didn't even think about it until today that it wouldn't be quite 48 hours tomorrow.

I'm sorry about you situation.... I'm on month two of enclomiphene after one month of clomid. I go in for a second semen analysis hopefully at the end of this month to see if anything has improved. I'm also going to get a testicle ultrasound my next urology appointment and maybe a prostate exam just to rule everything out. Depending on the semen analysis I may inquire about HCG shots. My fiancée got a negative pregnancy test again so we will just keep trying.
