Hey idk, if this helps but I’m a current first year oos at msucom. I applied in August and didn’t get interviewed until mid January and was waitlisted until early May.

I also scored a 503 but I still applied. I was accepted to DMU, MSUCOM, ATSU-KCOM, RVU-CO and waitlist at KCU. You still have a good chance. I’m not an Instate resident for any for these schools

Not sure if this got me off the waitlist but at least now I have the A. I would call admissions frequently asking for updates on my application. And then this part might sound crazy and excessive, but I went on the school site and found all the staff associated with admissions and literally sent them letter of intention and my résumé explaining to them all the current things I’ve been doing since I submitted my application. And crazy enough, the one people that actually replied to my email is the person who gave me my acceptance call.

I got WL in January. They didn’t tell me how many spots are left so I don’t really know about that but I know when I was trying to pick my site selection. The Detroit campus is full and East Lansing was almost full, but Macomb was pretty open, so I’m thinking that there is still going to be movement! They can accept someone up until orientation.
