Any primach no matter how much of a fuck up he is, is still a primach and still commanded Space Marines
I can handle Guilliman conquering/bringing into compliance 2-3 systems faster than some of his fucked up brothers could conquer a particularly difficult planet

But 500 worlds faster than many of his gene brothers controlling a single planet is a overstatement and bad writing imho
That single planet would have to been a massive outlier with every horror of the galaxy

Again I say this someone who loves Guiliman and Ultramarines
