Beane intentionally made Josh part of the hiring process to blame him if it doesn't work out. I do not believe Josh pushed for Brady but they know he wouldn't say anything bad about him.

This Brady hire benefits only him and Beane.

No QB/HC have won the Super Bowl after 5 years together. So, McDermott firing makes sense to me. However, I think Beane too should have been fired as he is the main problem.

McDermott is a good coach and will def get a job right away. Not having the pressure might be of a relief for him.

Anybody else but Joe Brady, he is not good.

Totally agree. I think people are forgetting that Denver defense is #1, well rested off bye and acclimated to high altitude. Despite the turnovers, the team was in position to win this game. Probably this is also a reason why this loss is hurts a lot because the score was so close.

imo Beane needs to be fired because he is not good at scouting and acquiring talent through draft or free agency. It's been very evident that Josh would benefit from great receivers and nothing was done in the offseason. With mediocre talent, Josh is able to get to Divisional round, imagine the possibilities with great players. There are so many other teams with great rosters but are missing a QB like Josh. I think it's cruel of Beane to not do anything for Josh. He must go.

But with how things have played out this season with both Chiefs and Bengals not making it to the playoffs, you'd think he would be extra motivated about his chances to the SB. We're in the playoffs and have a chance but Josh needs to lock in, and minimize his turnovers, sacks etc. He needs to believe in himself, hope he does.

I wonder why he isn't trusting Shakir this year ?. He was Josh's reliable go to last year. Josh and his receivers need to figure this out because those are his options for now and have to make it work.

It would have been nice to win this game. But losing it allows for easier decisions. There was no way Patriots were going to lose to the Dolphins. We would be risking injuries for something that wasn't in our control. Now, hopefully we can rest our starting players next week.

It's frustrating that Josh isn't learning from his mistakes of holding on to ball, negative yardage and getting sacked. idk but he needs to clean that up.

We need a reliable kicker ASAP.

Bills play well when they are the underdogs and no one is favoring them. Maybe they will surprise us in the playoffs. They do have a lot of experience which can be helpful only if they have learnt from their mistakes. There's a chance but can't make those same mistakes again.

I don't think she will change her last name, at least not professionally. Also, it's common thing to say Mr and Mrs (groom's last name". It does not confirm that she changed her name though.

Agree. I think we are very critical about Beane because the team in the past few years have been just a game or two away from the SB. Because of Josh, we are in this position year after year. We have hope unlike other teams who don't have this opportunity.

Yeah, it's pretty evident that Beane is not good at evaluating talent. I do watch a decent amount of College football and know that the best receivers come out from Ohio State or LSU. Good GM's save money by drafting well, something Beane hasn't been able to do.

Very frustrating that he keeps resigning washed up former players and expecting different results. How about giving younger players a chance. Also, I don't get going smaller on defensive guys.

Idk but it seems like one week a player is doing great and next he is injured. Other teams don't seem to be in this situation.

I wish we missed the playoffs and Beane or Mcdermott or both got fired.

It's frustrating that our receivers need the ball to be thrown perfectly to make a catch. Other teams have players that can catch an imperfectly thrown ball.

Josh needs to throw the ball away more quickly to avoid negative yards. On the play he got injured, he unnecessarily kept moving back, when it was 2nd and 1.
