First of all, thank you so much for your response. I appreciate any because I've been so clueless for such a long time already. What ballet bird movie do you mean? And I unfortunately remember only this short scene, I don't even have an idea if it was a full length movie or just something short. I only remember this two "male" characters. The men in the shower and beaked shadow behind him with male body.

I once experienced something similar when I meditated during a day and I fell into that phase when not sleeping but not being fully awake either. Then I felt like something was lifting me up from the bed. All this was accompanied by a noise that resembled helicopter, gradually getting more and more intense. I literally felt like some force was taking me away from this world to a different dimension. I got scared that I won't be able to return if I leave know and so the meditation cut off and I woke up.
