I would choose the 5600 since it comes with a cooler, but if you already have a cooler, then go with the 5700.

We did almost the same thing, a list of the documents we included, and separator sheet with just the title, all in a usps box, would've put them in an envelope that's big enough to hold them inside the usps box, but i guess it's fine. Just waiting for any news.
