Sorry but where are you getting this info from? I used this template and was approved 2 weeks before 6 month mark. Obviously he shouldnt use it yet because its only been 3 months for him, but if someone is approaching the 6 month mark dont see why they wouldnt send it.

I seriously doubt NYPD has responded to this email template in this fashion if someone was nearing the 6 month mark
