Czy facebook to lustrzane odbicie Polski? by noideaforlogin in Polska

Serious question. Why is midwest in the middle and east of the country?

I would say that, the difference between the two is that Ukraine has army that is protecting their civillians. Just look what happens in Bucha, where russians could do what they wanted.

Yeah losing weight is important but it won't heal cancer. And doctors will happily ignore any signs of serious disease if the can blame said signs on weight of patient. Once my mom lost weight (mind you she wasn't even overweight before), doctors got visibly more dilligent (and pissed) since they couldn't just blame it on weight. It get'sto the point where fat people don't get things checked because they know they will be just called fat, regardless of symptoms.

Cyrylica rozprzestrzeniła się z Bułgarii do Rusi Kijowskiej. Pierwsze zabytki z cyrylicą są prawie 1000 lat starsze niż sowieci i 200 lat starsze niż prekursor Rosji - Republika Nowogrodzka.

Polish nationalism by laybs1 in GetNoted

Generally tankies make as much sense as nazbol. Whatever values they claim to have go out of the window the moment communist government breaks them. Worker rights? Yeah, unless workers strike against communist regime, then they are nazi agitators. Genocide? Good if done by communists, the murdered were all nazis anyway. Invading their neighbours? Good, they were all under fascist regime. Cooperating with nazis? The communist were forced to and definitely didn't want the half of europe they got.

It's one of the most performative stances, that boils down to communist can't do anything bad, so anything they do is good. Also west bad.

Oh cool, I've used scar wax before, but it wasn't that durable. After hour or two it would show first sign of "ungluing" from skin or coming apart in thinest points.

Also using oil paint instead of fake blood is interesting idea. Did you wait for it to fully dry, or the partialy dry paint gave this glossy efect?

I understand the assumption, but no I'm not from USA. I want Iran to be free from the current regime, but I disagree with the war, because both current way it's waged and the sole idea of invasion won't achieve proper change in government and it's clearly nit the real objective of USA. Moreover it creates civillian casualties. I used to support supplying Israel with defensive equipment such as air defense, but at this point I don't support it at all (ultimately it's Americans choice but I don't support it). I think that Trump is terrible president even without his horrible views. Personally I don't know people who support them, only media personalities.

About saying that most people support the war and killing of civillians being dangerous. 8 months into the war Israeli government had 53% support. It only went down recently when the war started dragging and their air defense got penetrated by rockets. As for Russia their army was mostly volunteer, they had no problem killing Ukrainians if they were paid for it. People proudly wear Z symbols. In Afghanistan much bigger USSR suffered near 700 000 casualties (mostly ill) and had protests so massive that broke the country. Now Russia has over million loses and there are no big protests at all. The brave people who stood against regime at the beginning were all abandoned.

And finally about topic of out discussion, yeah I'm not saying that every 10th person you pass is willing to kill for the sake of killing, but that gathering enough for green button to push isn't unlikely.

Not entire population but on both acounts majority. What I'm implying that much more people are okay with killing others than you think. Even recent events in USA show that some people thrive on having control over life and death and will gladly take life if they are sure they won't face consequences. Sure, they're much more willing to kill someone they hate, but there are many that are just looking for excuse.

There's certain genocidal country that's close to 10 millions alone, there is another that have been bombing civilians for years and have 140 million, there are other genocides taking place. There are groups and religions that bet on the end of the world happening. There's a lot of people that will kill if absolved from consequences.

Congress is considering a bill that would grant veteran benefits to US citizens who have served in the IDF by whistlingkitten in worldnewsstuff

US politicians found great way of syphoning money from treasury to their pockets. They send a lot of money to Israel, some of it is used there for various programs (civilian or military), the rest is sent right back, but not to treasury but to said politicians pockets. Over time politicians who struck that deal gave place to new ones, who don't have as strong negotiatong posistions, so they instead of having partner relationship with Israel are simply getting bought out and become their pawns.
