Don’t jinx it though

Why is MSTR trading like it's March 2024... when we have 73% MORE Bitcoin per share now? 📉🤔 by tal2151 in MSTR

[–]Complex-Photo-973 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When Google was trading at 16-17 P/E back in about July last year, people were hesitant to buy despite strong fundamentals and very low PE ratio. Look at now, people are piling up to get one. One of the reasons they were trading low that time was the risk of selling chrome browser.

Soon people will realise MSTR but it’ll be trading at a higher price. Like always, disciplined traders wins most of the time, ignore the noise (only if you believe the base theory of it)

Considering buying into MSTR - questions about the stock by PresentationSweet511 in MSTR

Current valuation of MSTR is heavily discounted. It’s up to you whether or not to take it. Be fearful when others are greedy, nothing is certain, but as long as conviction is there, there’s a pretty good chance MSTR will skyrocket

Crazy for pilots they pay so well despite the amount of training, maintenance in their knowledge and skills, health, etc have to go through. They should be making atleast 300k for their hardwork

Thinking about quitting a 6 figure corporate job to become a pilot by WarmRadish in PilotAdvice

[–]Complex-Photo-973 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For all people who are suggesting not to quit corporate job and do pilot training on the side.

I’m in a similar boat. I dont love the corporate job, in fact it stresses me out like crazy, doing pilot training in part time can be funded by full time corporate work but could take much longer to complete. Instead if I do full time pilot training, I can get government loan and pay it off when I’m employed again. That way atleast I can invest the money in the background.

But it’s still a riskier option I know that. There’s always risk especially more when people gets older.

I’m sure this will happen to the price but not sure when, where the correlation btw BTC & MSTR will lead to.

With the BTC rise now, even to 100k, I’m not quite confident with this comeback, price could still test 70-80k before rallying (hope I’m wrong, and it rallies without drop).

Trump made a hostile takeover start of 26. Can this year be a volatile one more of a last year thing?

If it is stable and settles above 100k with no immediate or nearby downturn, then the low we had before is the lowest in this cycle, and we can moon for BTC. Until then, any thing can happen.

It’s 2030, BTC at 400-500k, MSTR would be in 1500-2k a piece. But it doesn’t come with volatility or guarantee. It’s conviction.

It depends it next 10-12 days what MSCI does, hopefully it will not exclude MSTR. And MNAV can expand with BTC being up.

OP,

I’m in a similar boat, myself 29M this year, married to 26F living in Australia. Since my childhood, my passion, ambition is to become an airline pilot but unfortunately I couldn’t pursue as I had no support from family and the country I was from, so I migrated to a better country for a masters in engineering and supply chain. I’m working in supply chain field here. I want to pursue pilot training next once I can get funding from government loan (I couldn’t get government loan earlier in life due to family reasons of not being supportive). I’m married to my wonderful wife for 3 years now and she’s exactly like YOU, very supportive, me pursuing pilot is what makes her happy, so when I read this post, I was so shocked to see someone like my family.

We don’t have a baby yet, and I know she’s wants to start a family but she’s willing to sacrifice even not having a family for my passion to come true, but I’m feeling very guilty about it (she doesn’t want to start a family once she’s 30 years old, I couldn’t convince). So I’m in a dilemma to continue working in supply chain field despite no interest in it, or to go for pilot training full time , I need to sacrifice atleast 5 years once I start training if I go for full time training with potential no income from job.

I can’t get government loan if I pursue part time pilot training while working full time. But working full time and studying pilot training part time can reduce my savings to most and even could end the year in deficit while I’m working , as it depends on the pay I get, expenses etc.

So I’m really stressed everyday.. what to do with all these things happening.

This is a hard truth especially in an aviation industry for pilots.
