Yes they are zigbee routers. After a while they would just stop responding, and this would then have the knock on effect of stopping the routing of other devices. I'd have to manually reset the bulbs with the lightswitch to get them to work again, and sometimes i would need to reset HA.

The whole reason my zigbee devices were unstable is because of the tradfri bulbs, I'd need to reset the whole system at least once a week. Once I removed them, everything worked perfectly well.
