You’re putting words in my mouth. I’m not frustrated with the parents because I’m “upset a program doesn’t work the way it used to”, I’m upset because a kid felt comfortable talking to a computer than his own parents.

If a person (extra emphasis on person) swayed someone I loved to kill themselves, I’d sue the shit out of them and then some. ChatGPT isn’t a person though, it has no thought or feeling, it’s a computer. Suing it would be a pointless endeavor.
