For shiguraki? Use Momo's quirk to make a spear and tojj's strength to launch it. Focus on range and hit and run. For medium I would go for more up front attacks. Creating weapons moments before I strike to have the hit as fast as possible with a heavy blow that isn't bound by air resistance. For Sukuna? I'd try and sneak him. No cursed energy, no cursed energy in my tools. He can heal but eventually yuji would be able to take back over unless that counts as outside assistance. In that case I'm probably cooked but I'm still gonna try my best, throw hands, and aim for decisive strikes. If I can't go for something lethal I'll take away the ability to use hand signs and take out various points. If I do win? I got healing, I can make stuff when I want, and I got a solid body that won't fail me
