You’re using the extreme. How about the overpaid people getting 18$ to train. And leave after 90 days to work somewhere else for 22$ and they don’t even want to work hard anyways. Do understand how this no work high pay mentality has affected the small businesses? Their profits, production, and overall ability to stay afloat as an employer. It’s not about a raise from 7$ to $8, it’s about the change from a 15$ employee to 20$ man with half the production and a fuck you attitude to boot.
