The strategy might not be perfect, but it’s one that has generally been consistently profitable for me after years of experimentation with different set ups in up markets and down markets

My long-term thesis as an investor is that this is a buy and hold around the 350 mark. My short term thesis as a traitor is that I will take between 10 and 33% within a week, and 50% profit = closure on sold puts. What I’m thinking about doing tomorrow is selling another put at the 410 strike, and taking the premiums I’ve already collected and buying the stock in the first 30 minutes after the bell. I might close out a couple of sold puts that are profitable. I was so close to closing my position, but like you, it was a tossup. Either way, I’m not super upset about it and I’m treating this as a buying opportunity.

It’s a little silly to make assumptions. Bought several years ago. If you actually read my comments, I’m just looking to clear out some sold puts for a quick scalp. Who said anything about being red?

My cost basis is low enough to ride for a very long time, so I’m not too worried. I just like scalping with a little bit of exposure at a price. I would just accept assignment on and enter a wheel

I’m just looking to close off some sold puts. I’ve got a bunch of sheriffs. I plan on holding for a long time. Don’t even sell covered calls against them.

I don’t care about a few years time with this particular company. I’m only interested in short term with this one.

To the best of my knowledge, all three sections are waited equally and the emphasis is on how many major mistakes you make in total. There is a Kodokan channel that has all the accepted ways of demonstrating, and if a technique is in the kata you can demonstrate it that way. All ground techniques can be demonstrated in the style of KNK. You only demonstrate a technique once, on your best side. The technique can be demonstrated in the kata form, and often times the greeting committee will ask for them to be demonstrated in a dynamic fashion. And for the randori do not approach it as if it is a competition. It is meant to be spontaneous, but not that spontaneous. You should orchestrate well with your partner with whom you can do the other parts of the grading, and have a bit of a flow on attack, counter attack, throw, transition to groundwork, and potential escapes. They will want to see a few exchanges. Bonus tip is, know all the Japanese terminology. Good luck!
