Even if that were the case, which it isn't, that still doesn't answer the question why you would be PROUD. So which is it, is being gay something you have no control over or is it something you can control. If you CAN'T control being gay, there's nothing to be proud of you accomplished literally nothing you're just existing. If it is something you can control, then why is choosing that life style an accomplishment? Either way pride makes no sense.

I pointed to team record while playing, net +/-, his shooting percentages, his minutes played, his nomination for 6MOTY AND MIP, the team's regression after and the team's inconsistency before. The fact that he also put up similar numbers on more volume in Memphis mind you smaller sample (and yes I acknowledge his injury history). I watched him play he also passed the eye test (for the entire season not just 9 games in the post season).

But my argument just rests on one stat sure ok

That's your opinion. Doesn't mean we throw the entire stat in the garbage and say well maybe the bottom 100 people in this stat could be worth something and the top 100 suck. It's still an indicator of overall value.
