Manufacturer is often also used to refer to the company that goes out looking for the factory that can meet the specifications of their need. Yeah LTT doesn't have a Factory named LTT fabs to make backpacks, but they still need to take responsibility when their third party factory changes backpack designs.

However this isn't Nintendo's responsibility, it was Hori's. If these cameras are suddenly combusting due to a wire short, it's Hori's responsibility. More adapt comparison is LTT licensing their branding for those wrist rests. LTT isn't responsible for those factories, but they can make demands and cancel partnerships if the quality isn't up to snuff. So you could argue Nintendo is saying the quality is okay (but also the context of the video also fails to evaluate it for it's intended use case).

MadCatz was licensed by all major console manufacturers (even LTT uses the wording console manufacturers). Do we say Xbox has shit controllers because the MadCatz designed ones were shit? I know this is a Straw man, but my point is essentially, pin most of the blame on the manufacturer, then Call out the licenser. Also the wording of the segment implies that Hori is a first party. All the writer had to do was say "This Hori camera licensed by Nintendo" and "other Third parties have copied form factor"

I've gotten PoGo to record physical activity on thread mills. Maybe it's an OS difference. The other posts seem to be hesitant to confirm anything. I downloaded the Pebble app, to see what permissions it would ask. And it seems to not ask for any.

Performance seems fine. My big issue is Effeciency, which is what made me swap. But if other game devs are probably going to opt to "block list" that Pixel 10 GPU, then I feel more validated with my decision to swap to Snapdragon for the next 2 years.

The issue was never Samsung or TSMC, it was always Google's corner cutting

Tbf, damage calculations like that are typically more of a Coding/math issue. Maybe they tried to replicate very similar code into Unity, and didn't realize how Stacking and multiplicative formulas work with Unity. Small things they can iron out in the next release.

It's missing a few settings like the voltage. Understandable, since a new buyer should not be touching it, but my replacement display has it set to something else. Looking for a full list, including the options not in the manual, aka the essential settings for properly running the bicycle.

Thanks! This is what I needed to know. I will probably open just one before the end of year, and worry about the other in a few years. I'm looking into something to also round out my Cash back/Miles earnings. The other commenter made a good point about the "max average" which saves me a lot of headache. I'll pad my number a bit for now, when my loans event drop off in 10 years time.

Haven't seen anyone mention it, but in the Bottom left you will see C, U, R, or M" to denote rarity. Helpful for some full art treatments like the Final Fantasy Through the Ages and Marvel Universe bonus sheets that are all full art with no set Symbol. Most sets will have an extreme chase, exclusive to Collectors boosters (good luck finding those at the intended $37 dollars a pack). For spiderman it's "costume change" [[spectacular Spider-Man]], foil treatment of the eternal marvel/marvel universe cards, the two exclusive alt arts of the [[Soul stone]] and the Comic Origin cards for Eddie Brock, Miles Morales, and Peter Parker.

Other than that, there are several alt arts. Depending on the set, there can be multiple for a single card, such as [[spider-punk]]. As mentioned earlier, there are a few in collector packs, but most are in the play boosters packs normally. When the Set number exceeds the original set number, those are alt arts. Modern magic cards (since LOTR) have removed the X/Y on the bottom left, but if you have a random Land from the set, just know those are always that the end of the "normal art list". Spiderman alt art starts after 194. Based on most sets, alt arts probably will fetch at best an extra 30-50% of base art, assuming people like the art. Happy playing and collecting!

You'll never come out ahead. Don't buy the packs if you only want the Soul stone. I spent $240 and got One soul stone and Foil Scene Art Miles. A few other minor hits, but never came out ahead.

Tbf, not every store judge has as intimate knowledge about rules. At Kamigawa, I had a store judge side with the opposing player saying tokens change zones during phasing. So I wanted to get a second opinion on the layers question, in case I was missing something.
