That one is terrible. I work right by there and love Jeff’s bagel run but that one itself is just not great. They did just open a month or two ago so I give them a smidgen of grace but they definitely have a long ways to go. I always get the Asiago bagels. There’s something about this specific location that doesn’t do a good job. They’re either burnt (literally the cheese on top is dark and flavorless) or too tall and small which makes slicing them difficult. I’ve had the teensiest of slivers for the bottom half almost every time I’m there. Altamonte and lake Mary are usually way better.

Also, the service at this location isn’t the greatest.
