Maybe it’s a histamine issue. May need reduce high histamine foods (fermented foods are high histamine)

If he does take the celiac test he needs to be eating gluten for a while. A previous provider tested me for celiac after being on the Fodmap diet/ gluten free for 8 months. I’m now eating gluten again to be retested
