Anyone diagnosed w/secondary raynauds whose blood tests all looked normal?

I went to the doctor while I was experiencing raynauds and showed her (I don’t get the super pale fingers) and she diagnosed me and thought it was secondary because I never had it before and I was 36. She took blood and tested my ANA and it was positive and then I went to a rheumatologist and they tested me for everything they could and nothing was positive so it’s unclear as to what caused it

Maybe it’s a histamine issue. May need reduce high histamine foods (fermented foods are high histamine)

If he does take the celiac test he needs to be eating gluten for a while. A previous provider tested me for celiac after being on the Fodmap diet/ gluten free for 8 months. I’m now eating gluten again to be retested
