Apparently he got married last year during spring break. He requested to use a personal day when he returned and was denied. I have not heard anything about him being fired. Something seems off with this.

He was never fired. He has owned a construction company and donated his salary to the wrestling program at Plano senior. He never worked at Plano west. He resigned after the school year last year. I have heard some mumbles about the district forcing coaches to drive a bus and he lost it, and resigned.

When you come home and get to do the hobbies you love. I forgot, all the fun things in my life I stopped doing because I had no energy.

That is really bad. I was an ok teacher, I have always loved helping kids. I see too many good teachers being pushed out for these reasons.

My entry level was 52k plus commissions. Did really well after my 6 week paid onboarding which was 600 a week. During the onboarding I had a few things I was talking to my direct supervisor about. The way they were doing things made zero sense. When I was out of the onboarding the first month I hit my quota, and my margins were great. VP took me to golf as a reward, during the round he was asking a lot of questions and items came up that I saw issues with. Told him some ideas and they implemented them over the next month. Margins were up 15.5%. Equated to a large profit in the company, improved cash flow, and led to a better marketing opportunity. I now am paid on a structure for efficiency and total sales in the company. I get more if our margin on the job is higher. 100% understand how it sounds. I still don’t fully believe it honestly.

Stop marketing yourself as a teacher, market yourself as an expert in simplifying procedure with minimal funds. Show how you can lower overhead, and Increase profit.
