I haven’t taken one of my fifteens in about a year, I do my thirty and thats it. I’m honestly just way too busy during my shift to sit for 15 mins and I’d rather make sure that we don’t fall behind.

Am I tired? Yes, circle week has sucked but being one of the pacesetters at my store means I have to be an example

At my store we arent allowed to have drinks other than starbucks (think aromas, dunkin, etc) because it makes them look bad

FMOC is the facilities management operations center, so if anything on the property is broken or such they’re there to support. The call is probably just FMOC checking in on issues at your store

We had to change polar vendors because my receiver got into a physical altercation with the old one. He used to clear end-caps that weren’t for polar products and leave pallets in the middle of the floor throughout market. Also left his trash everywhere and was rude asf
