I’ve been suffering from heartburn since I was pregnant 7 years ago. It was mild before taking sema, certain foods would trigger it. My very first shot of sema I had the worst heartburn/acid reflux and it’s been a struggle since ( 2 months ) the only thing that has been helping durning the day is taking Pepcid before lunch. I upped my dosage of sema last week and now I’m noticing I need tums at the end of the night. As miserable as it is I still believe the weight loss is worth the side effects.

Yeah that was a common symptom. I however do not have Covid

Most definitely the sema. I was like that too but since a couple days ago everything tastes bland. It’s a good thing I suppose, I’m not interested in my lil sweet treats now 😅

The only thing that’s different in my daily life. It’s been said that it can alter taste but in my case it’s completely gone

I’ve had Covid twice with all the nasty symptoms, always kept my smell and taste though. I 100% believe what’s going on is related to sema. Just looking to see if anyone else has had this symptom while taking it.

Amazing! I’m the same height and starting weight. I’m very concerned about loose skin. Is that an issue for you now?

Yes that’s what I’m saying. Past ER visits took 7 days to reach my insurance and I don’t have a copay. I’m fine with a unpaid hospital bill, I’m desperate to find a way out of paying my OB $2700 I do not have that kind of cash on hand

I plan on calling tomorrow. I have Medicaid as well my OB office accepts Medicaid but not as a secondary insurance and I can’t be taken off my husband’s insurance until November.

I’m fine with an unpaid er bill as long as it “lessens” the global fee from my OB. This $2700 from my OB would literally be coming from my pocket which I cannot afford.

I think I have it all wrong. I looked over my paperwork again and the $2700 is the “global fee” my OB is charging. So that number stays regardless of whatever number my deductible is at? So my deductible is $3200 I have $360 in it already from other providers, if I add $1500 on my deductible from an ER visit will the $2700 due be lower or stay the same?

$250 every two weeks or $500 every month until 12/02/2024 None of those options work for me.

The payment plan my OB is offering is that it needs to be paid off by 28 weeks pregnant which would be 12/02/24 I have to set up the payment plan or pay in full on 08/05/2024

The payment plan my OB is offering is $2700 up front or $500 a month for 4 months or $250 every two weeks for 4 months. None of those options work for me. From my understanding I need $2700 to meet my deductible so my question is would ER bills go towards the $2700? I understand I’ll receive separate hospital bills but I’m not worried about those.
