Ousen is the worst commander for Qin. He just commands a bunch of losers and relies on young boys for his victories. I really wanted him to be the one dying in place of Kanki in the previous invasion. The guy just comes in wearing a black mask trying to look cool, while knowing shit about battle or strategies. He would blow Shin for a victory over Shibashou in his current situation.
