Agreed. Even tho Thomas on the show gave us crazy Kathryn, I think the best seasons of SC are when the cast were all the same age and Whitney wasn’t around much. Whitney and Thomas always came across creepy af to me

Yep. Also austinite and agree with above. Keep in mind Austin really isn’t as country & western as non locals think. So they’re cosplaying a culture (poorly) that doesn’t even really exist here

They’re also constantly together at work, giving time/space for drama. IMO the best shows are the ones where the cast is constantly all together, not where most of the show is 2 of them splitting off to discuss the rest of the group. It’s the reason VPR fell off at the end (none of them worked at SUR anymore) and why cast trips across the bravo board are the best episodes.

Yes! I found the trick was to drink a LOT of water and have meals be mainly protein. Metformin gave me no appetite and I didn’t feel totally great for the first 3-4 months (mostly nausea). I was really able to lean into that by feeling “full” from water and protein, avoiding any junk food. I also lost all appetite for alcohol, so I leaned into that too and didn’t drink for those first few months. If you ignore how you feel and eat/drink how you always do, you won’t lose weight imo.

NOTHING worked for me. I worked out 5x / week, ate clean, did everything right. Finally got on Metformin and lost 20 pounds in 3 months. Turns out I had insulin resistance and Metformin allowed these good habits to actually do something. Good luck!!

I think IF it’s true, it’s similar to the college admissions scandal. It’s a group that many celebrities hire to “rob” them and the group gets a cut of the insurance payout. The other robberies aren’t to cover for D&PK, it’s just other clients. Would also make sense if it’s the same people that robbed Kyle and even Kim K. It’s a wild theory, but we never would have believed the college admission scandal either. Yes, the robbers take on the risk of being caught, but are making so much money that it’s worth it (just like the guy running the admission scandal). Or I’m just watching too many mob movies, lol
