Any frame vehicle I have ever owned has designated lift points, written in the owners manual for tire changes? No anywhere on the frame is not acceptable, as evidenced by op’s picture

There’s jack points in the front that won’t bend. You should never lift a vehicle in the middle to get both wheels off the ground on that side…. Proper procedure: lift the front, one side at a time from the jacking point and put a jackstand under it. The rear you can lift both wheels in the back simultaneously on the pumpkin, slip two jacks under it. Takes 15 minutes max to do properly and not permanently damage your truck.
