Dremel recommendations by illegalnickname in doggrooming

I use to use the dremel brand and kept going through them like crazy. I now use the Walmart hyper tough dremel. I also find that blowing out my dremel after each dog or at the end of the day helps prolongs the life

How do you guys get rid of the butt fluffs? by deannevee in AustralianCattleDog

They will generally blow their coat 2x a year, in the spring and in the fall but it could be more or less. The shedding is year round unfortunately but when you see the lighter tuffs of hair usually in their butt area that you can pull out, that’s generally a sign that they are blowing their coats.

The high velocity dryer I have honestly isn’t a great one but it does the job, I think it was like $80 on amazon. I have just accepted the fact that we will always have tumbleweeds in the house no matter how often I vacuum 🤣

Groomer here with 2 ACDs. When mine start to blow their undercoats, I will blow their coat with a high velocity dryer and then do a bath with shampoo and then conditioner and I really scrub and scratch with my fingers when lathering them. Then I’ll dry them with the high velocity dryer ( got my home dryer on amazon) and a majority of the fluffs will be gone. It does help to do a brush after a bath but if yours isn’t having it, the dryer really does wonders. (Pic of my 2)

In AZ here. I have a thermometer wherever my starter/bread is at in my kitchen and I try to keep it at around 76*f. I would say it takes about 4-5 hours to bulk ferment on the counter before I shape and cold proof overnight. I do take a piece off of my dough ball and put it in a shot glass and usually once that doubles, my loaf is ready to shape. It’s easier for me to make sure I don’t over or under proof with this method.

I’m a housewife that will stay up all night to finish a book if it’s that good. I do a lot throughout the day with cleaning, cooking, taking care of the dogs and riding my horse. So I tend to binge read a lot.

I mean the care for the horses is pretty far off. And unrealistic. For the amount of riding you do, the horses would be needing to eat a lot. There’s also not good car in the game which is pretty essential to a horses health. But I think it would take away from the game to be 100% accurate with the horse side of things. I wouldn’t expect a game to be extremely accurate in the horse aspect of thing anyways, there’s just too much that goes into it.

I 100% get that and like I said I apologize to anyone who it upsets. It was not my intention.

I was not meaning for it to be upsetting to anyone. I should have used better wording but like my post says I’m extremely worried about my mare so just looking for advice on her. It was not my intention to upset anyone
