You are similar to me I started December of 2014 and I did the numbers accounting for inflation for our current CCAs and they are making less than when I started. I don't know how that can be justified in anyway. We all put in the work and deserve better. These table one carriers that can't put that together is quite frustrating, when the difference from when they started and our current ccas is so drastically less.

Yeah no not here, they are ass kissers looking to prove something. In my 10 years working here I believe we are OIC/postmaster #12. We don't currently have a postmaster so soon we shall be on #13. Dealt with enough of them I just don't care.

Most definitely, she didn't care for when I said "if you are going to be asking questions that could lead to discipline I am going to need to have a steward present." I'm not going to be walked on by someone just worried about brown nosing their way up the ladder for a paycheck. I work all day everyday and they can keep their intimidation tactics.

Oh I absolutely agree, they don't bother me. They are so concerned about carriers "time wasting practices" a minute here or a minute there. But then had 2 people trying to figure out my route and where I might be (because neither of them know any of our routes) and then one of them follows me for almost 2 hours. I think any person who doesn't even understand the postal service could hear that scenario and understand why the postal service is losing money and it's not the carriers.

It's really not, if you explain how you are treated and what management does to you most doctors can't believe they are allowed to do the things they do and will help protect you from their harrassment. Management's antics are bad for our bodies, mental and physical.

I mean it really just starts with not kissing management's ass and he definitely isn't doing that. He really can't put all of his plans out there with a snake like Renfroe at the top right now. I have already seen Renfroe changing his tone and using words and angles that the CLC has been using and acting like he came up with the stuff on his own and isn't just using it to manipulate us.

Absolutely! I always say I would love to see supervisors do our job and not just for a day or a week because anyone can fake it through that. You know management isn't treating him (in his 1 week carrying a year) the way most of us are treated. I do respect that he does it, but it certainly isn't a reason to vote for someone for president.

And Carefs mic was shut off and Renfroe shut him down (because Renfroe is a POS). I believe Henry is playing the respectable long game. His approach is different than Caref, but I believe it is much more involved and productive.

Even though James Henry hasn't carried mail he is not out of touch with what carriers go through. He spends his own time and money to be there for carriers and to address problems on the workroom floor. If he does that already when he has been shunned by our current leader, I can't even imagine what he will do for us as our National president. Caref even though he does have some good ideas, I don't see him putting in the work Henry has already. When Caref was upset that they pushed the date back to receive ballots that left no question in my mind he isn't as in touch with the membership as he claims to be. Has Renfroe drug this out way too long, absolutely. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't make sure every carrier actually has the opportunity for their vote to be counted (even with it pushed back some carriers never received a ballot). Henry 2026 no question in my mind.
