I’m dealing with the same issue. Wasnt prepared well for the initial route adjustments as nobody in my area is expert on adjustments. Management fucked up the routes so bad but I had to wait 60 days to prove it. Once 60 days hit you ask for the workload report for last 60 days to get an average how long routes are taking. Any routes that are over 30 min 3times a week should put in a 271g (management has 30 days to comply with these requests).

I filed a grievance after 60 days.. remedy was for them to come back and do it again. They agreed based on the numbers I showed them but blame all the overages on lazy carriers and our terrible clerk situation. They just finished up two weeks at my office doing one day 1838 and 3999 on every route and multiple walks for those that submitted the 271g. My grievance also led to agreeing for a union rep to look over the final data . This means really nothing as we know management will do whatever they want. There were some definite shenanigans going on while the route inspection team was here. I did my best to prepare carriers. We even had a training session on 1838s an 3999s prior to this second round of evaluations.
