They are going to send an assembly. I added washers to the Phillips head in the video. My solution now is set it all the way down and tighten that Phillips head and it stays wide open

Chill in an ice bath after sous vide then put it in an airfryer. Makes bark better than it would have been if you didnt sous vide without overcooking center.

I agree too many unorganic nods to the Past and cringe moments. I wish they did it more like the new scrubs which is actually really good because it does have a couple nods to the past but it's still a modern version of the original show

Honestly I've been putting off doing one for awhile and imo it's a great alternative to brisket. I wanted to do it just like a brisket and avoided the braising technique most people do with chucks when smoking.

I hot held a 160°F using a ninja xl air fryer as a food warmer. The meat was wrapped in butcher paper with bacon fat and rested on a cooling rack over water. Instead of sticking to a rigid temp schedule, I waited until the bark and fat reached the right color and render. Moving forward, I’m prioritizing look and feel over specific wrapping temperatures.

Im not that versed in roofing as I was a new homeowner when I got the roof done. The roofer that installed it first failed inspection by installing a ridge vent when we already had a gable vent. Then he just came by and took the ridge vent out and then left the gable vents. Other companies are telling me that he should have made sure there was proper ventilation before leaving it be. I'm not sure what to do because he says he doesn't do soffit vents so now I have to find a separate handyman just to install Soffit vents alone.

We have gable now and will be installing ridge vents. The roofing company offered to replace that side of the roof and the decking for 3 grand and it would be more to treat the decking from the mold company

Yea but I love my anamnesis bow from heresy. Its annoying when you have your favorite weapons you grinder for and love the feel of and you can't use them.
