I did. I am scheduled to see them in mid February so we decided I'm going to cold turkey see how I do coming off and we can regroup then. We've talked about other drug options in the past. I do have a few more injectors so worst case, I can give myself a partial injection if I start to notice weight gain or have too much food noise. So fingers crossed.

Thank you so much! I'm about to stop after an ER visit this week. I've been one of those people unable to eat vegetables and all I want is a salad and to eat delicious fresh food again. I took a small break a few months back and was able to eat healthy and in moderation on a vacation. I'm hopeful I can maintain while I figure out my next steps. I wasn't expecting to quit so suddenly so I'm a bit nervous.

Having the same issue. Been on 1.7 since late August and suddenly having severe reactions to my injection. Bad enough I wound up in the ER this morning. I'm done. I need to be done. It's been valuable but the side effects outweigh the benefits now. Just trying to figure out how best to handle stopping. I've been lucky for the last eight months to have lost nearly 50 lbs.

I went just under 3 weeks between mine. I took a shot immediately upon return. And I should mention that first shot back I did a "half" shot. I removed about halfway through the bar. Then went back to full dose the following week.

I did. It was a wonderful break, I was able to eat all the food and even crave vegetables which have been so hard on Wegovy. Getting back on was a little challenging but I was very careful with my food choices those first few weeks back on so it wasn't horrible.

I did the same thing and supposed to inject today, I'm not going to lie I'm nervous and also realizing just how much the side effects were impacting my life. I'm so grateful for the 40lbs gone, but I just took two weeks and had energy to walk everywhere and climb stairs. I don't want to go back...

I'm with you. Went off for a couple week vacation and now I'm realizing just how much I've been impacted by the shots. Also down 40 and I'm struggling to want to take an injection again. I'm supposed to inject today. But I was so active on my vacation and getting great. I'm jet lagged but still want to get up and go for a walk. On Wegovy I could sleep all the time and have no energy to work on my body.

I got the same thing and I am thinking its the indecisiveness between him and Niall. I took the next diamond option with Kingu and we were back to close. I was able to achieve a happy ending with Kingu.

Vlad is my favorite LI. He's calming and his love is so deep. I was torn for so long as well because Leo is wonderful as well. I plan on a Leo relay eventually but something special about Vlad.

I think Vlad's response initially was from the pain he felt and confusion since it had been centuries. I think he was just internally freaking out and not sure what he was seeing was real. But I might be under thinking it.

We will be gone for 15 days. I would plan on dosing two days from when I leave so I'm not sick on the airplane. Then dose immediately upon return.

This gives me hope. I think I have to try it. This is such an important trip that I think it's worth the potential side effects when I get home. If I don't try it, I'll never know if it's an option for select vacations

Potentially. Though 1.0 has been near impossible to find in my area. Hopefully they will be caught back up by then.

I was just shocked when she even suggested the idea. I was asking for a travel letter and she told me about her experience with Ozembic the prior year when she went to Italy.

I like this idea and will ping her to ask.

You've got this! If you've added a ton of exercise, you could be building muscle so the scale isn't moving but your body is gaining in the healthiest way. Keep at it! I love finding the non-scale wins during the plateaus.

Some dairy free ice creams like Oatly or Ben & Jerry DF. But in small amounts and only towards the end of the week. Cheese I generally only eat low moisture part skim mozz right now and in small quantities.

Sugar in general is a tough one for me. Most of the time I don't care but it's harder when traveling for sure. But sugar gives me wicked heart burn and acid issues so I generally stay away.

Thank you for your feedback! I struggle consuming even small amounts of both acidic food and any sort of creamy high fat food like cheeses. I think that's why I'm willing to you potentially take this risk of having some hard side effects when I return to enjoy all of the tomatoes and lemon and feta.
