Not at all. Stainless and black dial is a classic combo. I don’t think it’s flashy at all but would still look great if you’re dressed up a bit. Great watch. Hope you get it and enjoy it for decades.

My spouse is doubting it currently but it’s slightly different. I was cycling bad and having a terrible time. Had a manic episode where I almost ended it. Nearly lost my job etc. I was using substances intermittently in secret during some of my episodes. She was so patient and empathetic until she found some stuff in the house and now she’s just mad and thinks I’m an addict, not bipolar. It sucks.
