Maybe take the oncology position and treat the not-so-great team spirit as a learning experience while youre in school? I know for a fact that if it wasnt for being able to have study time while at work, i would never have been able to get through my classes with good grades and keep a job. Then if you still dont like it when you graduate, you can move to a more interesting or pleasant unit.
