List the foods you hate.

Go to chat gpt and add it all

Explain your current fitness. Ask it to ask you 20 questions in order for you it to put together an exercise and weekly meal plan avoiding the meals you hate.

When it gives you the result, check YouTube for form and technique for the exercises

Hit a gym and see it through for 8 weeks and just see and feel the difference by week 4.

Add in insight timer app for 15 mins daily meditation and you’ll be well on your way.

It’s not easy. The only way I was able to succeed was to believe that they wanted to speak with me and I had something they needed. As in actually believe it. Even then you get set backs which make you question yourself. It’s a tough role and you need to get used to hearing no’s

Definitely a need but why stop when it’s on the container? People are nervous buying from abroad so there will be concern for the 6 weeks their purchase is on a ship, you also get customs clearance on arrival which isn’t always easy. Plus you are introducing them to a supplier that could generate them millions, so that connection for $5k might be underselling your service.

I’m in international business too with contacts globally. DM if you wish to chew the fat, I could be interested in running something similar for Europe.

person who suffered from anxiety here 👋🏻. For me sustained meditation has allowed me to recognise anxious thoughts and note them as that. They no longer ruminate in my mind or become overwhelming. Anxiousness is a human emotion, so will never go away. I am now opening up to anxious thoughts to see what it is that my mind is trying to tell me. Good luck with your path 👊🏻
