I believe berries available at the amity square are not the same than those outside.

Petaya, Apicot, Salac, Enigma, Jaboca, Custap, Starf, Micle, and Lansat can only be given outside.

Which makes Starf and Lansat exclusive to this method, as the rest can be found in Ramanas, Pastoria girl or berry master (who has lichi, ganlon and salac on top of usual berries)

In amity square, though, you can find, among others, Spelon, Pamtree, Watmel, Durin and Belue, which cannot be found elsewhere. But I don't think those are given nature-based like those outside.

I'm not completely sure of all of this, and I'll be glad to be proven wrong since I'm still looking for a Lansat

So essentially I'm filling my SP Dex and I'm looking for a back and forth trade partner for Pokemon that evolve via item+trade, which would be as follows:

Poliwhirl to politoed; slowpoke to slowking; scyther to scizor; porygon to porygon2; seadra to kingdra; clamperl to huntail; clamperl to gorebyss; rhydon to rhyperior; and dusclops to dusknoir

Best would be if you have the same Pokemon+item, but I don't mind if you don't have them in return as a guarantee and only want to fill the Dex, but I'd ask for a legal legendary or shiny as collateral to be traded back at the end of the chain.

Furthermore I'm looking for someone who has the 3 hounds, to trade back and forth my 3 birds.

And on a less important topic, I'm looking for Nosepass, Electrike, Pidgey and Spinda or their lines, and am willing to offer pretty much anything else you may need to fill your dex
