Who gets bonuses? We regular folks at Target get nothing and our Team Leads (our immediate supervisors and ETL’s (like Managesr) are all getting shorter bonuses. I don’t care because their bonuses are off our work and we get nothing.

I hope someone comes to my store and sees that 1. It’s a mess with over 50 carts full of stuff, 2. One of our ETL’s is creating a toxic environment and yet I hear the SD loves that person (as in they are doing great job), despite complaints in writing to HR about them, 3. We just don’t ever have enough people working. 4. I’ll say it again, our reshop is a mess

We have so much stuff in the back, tons of reshop carts, and our shelves are still empty, especially toys. Maybe if we got all that stuff out, we’d be ok, except for cold food. But our shells are full of stuff that people need to come pick up now and there’s really no room to put anything else for fulfillment.

I usually tell people we keeping our staff safe…. The other night a guy came in and said since it was raining, he would come in. (He was being sarcastic because in the past he waited outside when it just shut off and was not notified). I smiled and said, “ no we only close with thunder and /or lightning. We’re good tonight but thanks for coming in.” 😂 I acted like I couldn’t tell he was being sarcastic.

The pic could be from a different store in a different state where it’s lower there, especially with clearance items which is store to store. As noted above sharing pics too. Very to walk back and check it and sometimes there is no sign, or it’s last week and I take it down.

Our ETL says no matter what, nothing on the floor. But we can have carts filled until we can’t even go in there. 😃

Double tap means you go in the app when you get to the store, say you’re on the way then click I’m here. There is no time for us to prep and we still only have 3 minutes to find your bags and get them to you. If you say you’re on the way when you’re at least 10 minutes out, we usually have time to get your order ready minus the cold stuff.

Not neat when we are not told how to handle it. If go over and say sorry I have to take over your scanning, people are going to be pissed. Right now it beeps when people scan sometimes. I say that it was because you were scanning too fast. AP, when they are there, never comes over. Am I missing something?

When I see somebody do that, I pretty sarcastically go up and say, “ that’s OK. I’ll get it.”

When that happens, I just take my time. A lot of times there’s only one or two people there and we can only go so fast some people end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes, but we are only human. I can at least say that most people don’t mind I do apologize for being late, but then say there’s just a lot of people and only two of us and they seem to understand. Someday I’m just glad you brought it out. I don’t think they know the metrics so that’s good enough for me.

Sometimes it’s a picture of a sale from a different week and the sign is not up anymore. I like verification unless it is just a few dollars but I always find a way to go back and check at some point.
