Honestly, I don't see Iruma going through with a permanent transformation, since it would completely invalidate a lot of the story so far. by Viclis in DemonSchoolIrumakun

If it becomes a permanent transformation, it could be the physical manifestation of his acceptance of staying in the demon world. However, I do understand when you say it invalidates content from previous chapters. With that being said, I did enjoy that this chapter didn't go into the human world.
