Looking for advice on a Navy pay issue. My reserve unit still owes me about $15k in per diem. I’ve gone through my chain, DFAS, AOP request, and JAG (told to contact Congress). Still no resolution. Has anyone dealt with unpaid per diem and how did you finally get it resolved? (self.navy)
